WHAT DOES THE FORECAST SAY?

Sunny and Clear Weather:

When heading out with Six Chuter fishing charter on a sunny and clear day, it’s essential to be well-prepared to make the most of your experience. Here’s what you should bring:

  • Sun Protection: Pack sunscreen with a high SPF rating to shield your skin from the sun’s intense rays. We don’t allow spray sunscreen on our boats so please only bring cream-style sunscreen protection. Additionally, a wide brimmed hat, sunglasses with UV protection, and lightweight, long-sleeved clothing can help protect you from sunburn.
  • Hydration: Staying hydrated is crucial. We offer bottled water on all our boats, so you don’t have to bring extra water. However, if you have a reusable water bottle, we won’t object to reducing plastic waste.
  • Fishing Gear: We provide all the fishing equipment you’ll need! We use top of-the-line and state-of-the-art equipment setup that is rigged for the fishery here in Marco Island.
  • Snacks and Refreshments: Pack some snacks like energy bars, fruits, or sandwiches to keep your energy up during the trip.
  • Personal Items: Don’t forget essentials like your ID, any necessary medications – all boats are fitted with dry storage for items you dont want to get wet or risk losing overboard, to protect your phone, wallet, and other valuables from the water.
